The launch of our ToolShare public beta platform is right around the corner and we’re super excited! We’ve been working hard to perfect the user experience to make it as useful and easy-to-use as possible. Our focus has also recently been geared towards our users; our aim is to ensure everyone who uses the ToolShare platform has the best possible support experience that we can offer.
So first-things-first, check out the rest of our website – we’re building a knowledge base and other support experiences as a simple go-to for all user support needs – which we’ll be releasing soon! In addition, we’re establishing a thorough customer support process to unify the way everyone at the ToolShare company works with our platform users. So, you can be sure that if you happen to run into any issues using our platform, we can have them resolved efficiently and fully.
There’s a lot of big things coming from us at ToolShare! Soon, ToolShare will also have official mobile apps for android and iOS devices – taking the entire experience to another dimension of usability. Keep an eye on our socials for more information on that!
As we continue to enhance the public beta platform which will be released on the 31st of May, we’ve also started designing and developing ToolShare V1, which will take the best of our beta platform and enhance it with even more exciting features!
There’s a lot going on at ToolShare Ltd. so, all we can really say is stay tuned – follow our socials for all the updates and check back here every Friday for now blog posts. Next week, we’re going to publish a how-to guide for using our platform to help make is super easy to use for everyone.
